MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

b) Internet user who is a member of the www.benimkoleksiyonum.com website ("Member")
The subject of the contract
The subject of this Agreement is to determine the terms of use and use of the MEMBER from the website of Benim Koleksiyonum, www.benimkoleksiyonum.com
3. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
3.1. The MEMBER accepts and undertakes to comply with all legal regulations and not to violate such provisions while using the www.benimkoleksiyonum.com website. Otherwise, the MEMBER will be fully and exclusively responsible for all legal and penal liabilities.
3.2. The MEMBER cannot engage in activities (spam, virus, trojan horse, etc.) or actions that prevent or make it difficult for others to use the services on the www.benimkoleksiyonum.com website.
3.3. The MEMBER may not use the www.benimkoleksiyonum.com website in any way that violates public order, violates general morality, disturbs and harass others, infringes on the intellectual and copyright rights of others, and for any unlawful purpose.
3.4. The ideas and thoughts and expressions expressed, written and used by the MEMBERs on the www.benimkoleksiyonum.com website are exclusively the personal opinions and comments of the MEMBERs and only the MEMBER is responsible for the results of these ideas and comments. These views and opinions have no connection or connection with Benim Koleksiyonum. Benim Koleksiyonum does not have any responsibility for the damages that the MEMBER may incur due to the ideas and opinions expressed by the MEMBER, or the damages that the MEMBER may suffer due to the ideas and opinions expressed by the third parties or institutions.
3.5. The MEMBER declares and undertakes that the personal and other information provided while becoming a MEMBER on the website www.benimkoleksiyonum.com is true and that he will indemnify all the damages that Benim Koleksiyonum will suffer due to the untrueness of this information.
3.6. The MEMBER's right to use the password obtained from the website of Benim Koleksiyonum belongs exclusively to the MEMBER. The MEMBER cannot give this password to any third party. All legal and penal responsibility regarding the use of the password belongs to the MEMBER.
3.7. Benim Koleksiyonum will not be held responsible for unauthorized access to MEMBER data and for damages to MEMBER software and data. The MEMBER has agreed in advance not to demand compensation from Benim Koleksiyonum for any damage it may incur due to the use of the www.benimkoliyon.com website.
3.8. The MEMBER has agreed not to access or use other internet users' information and software without permission. Otherwise, the legal and penal responsibility that may arise due to this reason belongs entirely to the MEMBER.
3.9. The MEMBER, who violates one or more of the articles listed in this Agreement, accepts and undertakes that he will be responsible for all damages that may arise due to this reason, and that he will keep Benim Koleksiyonum free from all damages, lawsuits, demands and claims and will indemnify them.
3.10.Benim Koleksiyonum always has the right to unilaterally suspend or terminate the MEMBER's membership and delete all data, documents and files belonging to the MEMBER without assuming any responsibility.
3.11 All intellectual property rights regarding the design and software of the www.benimkoleksiyonum.com website and the text and visual content of the products are the property of Benim Koleksiyonum and they cannot be used by the MEMBER without the written consent of Benim Koleksiyonum.
3.12. The name and Internet Protocol (IP) address of the Internet service provider used by Benim Koleksiyonum for the improvement and development of the www.benimkoleksiyonum.com website and/or to access the site within the framework of legal regulations, the date and time the site was accessed, the pages accessed while on the site, and the site. Some information may be collected, such as the Internet address of the Web site that provides a direct connection.
3.13.Benim Koleksiyonum's address, e-mail address, fixed and mobile phone lines and other contact information written by the MEMBER in the registration form on the site or mobile application or updated by him, by letter, e-mail, SMS, telephone has the right to reach the user for communication, marketing, advertising, promotion, notification and other purposes. By accepting this agreement, the MEMBER accepts and declares that Benim Koleksiyonum may engage in the above-mentioned communication activities unless there is a written notification to the contrary.
3.14. MEMBER, within the scope of the practices in force and/or to be implemented, Benim Koleksiyonum ve Kesit Danışmanlık A.Ş. declares and accepts that its brands allow information and advertisements to be sent to him about product and service promotions, advertisements, campaigns, advantages, surveys and other customer satisfaction practices. The MEMBER declares and accepts that he/she allows the collection, use and archiving of the personal and shopping information and shopping and/or consumer behavior information that he/she has given in the past and/or will give in the future while becoming a MEMBER to Benim Koleksiyonum for the above purposes. Unless the MEMBER notifies otherwise, he/she declares and accepts that he/she allows the collection, use and archiving of data by Benim Koleksiyonum even when his MEMBERSHIP ends. The MEMBER accepts and declares that he/she shall not claim any direct and/or indirect material and/or moral, negative and/or positive damages due to the collection, sharing, use, archiving and access to the above-mentioned information, and that he shall not hold Benim Koleksiyonum responsible. it does. If the MEMBER wishes to change his data sharing preferences, he can forward this request to the customer service call centers of Benim Koleksiyonum.
3.15. . Benim Koleksiyonum is required to disclose the MEMBER's personal information (a) in accordance with applicable laws or regulations or a court decision, administrative order, and (b) 3.13. In the cases specified in the article and (c) with the consent of the MEMBER, it may disclose it to third parties.
3.16. Measures have been taken to ensure that the Benim Koleksiyonum website is free of viruses and similar software. In addition, in order to ensure ultimate security, the user must supply his own virus protection system and provide the necessary protection. In this context, the MEMBER is deemed to have accepted that he is responsible for all errors that may occur in his own software and operating systems and their direct or indirect consequences, by entering the Benim Koleksiyonum website.
3.17. Benim Koleksiyonum has the right to change the content, design and software of the site at any time, to change, stop or terminate any service provided to users, and to delete the user information and data registered on the website at any time.
3.18. Benim Koleksiyonum may update, amend or revoke the terms of this Agreement at any time, in any form or form, without the need for prior notice and/or warning. Every updated, changed or repealed provision shall be valid for all MEMBERS at the date of publication.
3.19. Benim Koleksiyonum is authorized to send notification e-mails to the registered e-mail addresses of its MEMBERS and SMSs to their mobile phones, pursuant to this Agreement. The MEMBER shall be deemed to have consented to the sending of the notification e-mails to the e-mail address and the notification SMS to the mobile phone, together with the approval of this Agreement. In case the MEMBER wishes to opt out of receiving e-mail and/or SMS, he/she will be able to cancel the e-mail and/or SMS sending by notifying the Benim Koleksiyonum Customer Service. 3.13. provisions of the article are reserved.
4. Termination of the Agreement Each Party may terminate this Agreement at any time with a unilateral notice to the other party.
5. Status of Disputes
This agreement will remain in effect until the MEMBER cancels its MEMBERSHIP or is canceled by Benim Koleksiyonum. Benim Koleksiyonum may terminate the contract unilaterally by canceling the MEMBER's MEMBERSHIP if the MEMBER violates any provision of the "membership agreement".
6. Status of Disputes
Istanbul Central Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to resolve all disputes in connection with or arising from this Agreement.
7. Enforcement
Membership registration of the MEMBER takes place after the MEMBER reads and accepts all the articles in this Agreement. This Agreement has been concluded and entered into force at the time of the MEMBER becoming a MEMBER.
